Ready? Let’s dive in!

Mom Life: Mama Natural, Wellness Mama

Whenever I get interested in finding a more natural approach or product, my first go-to is Mama Natural, and Wellness Mama. They both do such thorough research on a topic and give excellent advice and product recommendations. I found great value in their sites even before I became a mom myself. If I’m looking for a more natural method or nontoxic product recommendation I can usually just google the topic and their blog name and get an in-depth review of the information I’m searching for.

Side note, if you are looking to do a natural childbirth I highly recommend Mama Natural birth course. I took it for my second child and had a wonderful calm, relaxed unmedicated hospital birth that left me with all of the feel good hormones for days. The course helped give me tips and tricks to have my dream birth, best advice was get yourself a doula and horse lips, ha!

Green Beauty: Gurl Gone Green

I’m really loving Gurl Gone Green and the fact that she helps find clean beauty options depending on your skin type. Every skin has different needs, so I think she has a great strength coming from the asethician world and can recommend products based on your skin type. I also love seeing her photos and reviews of different clean beauty products, that’s a dream of mine to be able to test out all of those glorious options!

DIY Recipes: The Natural Beauty Workshop, Mommypotamus

For years I’ve been interested in making my own recipes when it comes to natural products, I have all the tools but have barely taken action. Just some face masks here and there. With my blog I wanted to start trying out different DIY recipes to see what I like. I’m finding The Natural Beauty Workshop and Mommypotamus have a huge collection of different recipes I’m excited to try out!

Healthy Living: Simple Holistic Girl

Simple Holistic Girl blogs on a variety of healthy living topics and there’s always something interesting to read whether it’s fitness, kids, recipes, inspiration, and non-toxic living. I love myself a good challenge and plan to do 30 day healthy living challenges on my blog so I was excited to see Simple Holistic Girl embracing challenges as well!

Healthy Food: Food Babe

I haven’t checked out Food Babe in awhile, but when I did I loved how she was exposing chemicals that are in popular food items and she would rally her army of followers to put the pressure on companies to make changes that would benefit the health of consumers. She has had a significant impact on the food industry and continues to fight for what’s right for the consumer.

These are all blogs I have learned from, and they tend to be more focused on non-toxic living. They all challenge conventional norms, and seek to help others like you and me make steps towards living a healthier lifestyle. I love learning, and would enjoy checking out your favorite healthy living blogs as well so please comment with your thoughts.

Cheers!
