I find it very dissapointing that companies would sell products that have ingredients that could potentially harm our health. Most concerning is the long-term effects from years of daily exposure. If you were like me, you may have assumed if a company was selling a product then it would be safe. However, that is not always the case due to relaxed industry regulations. I want to help others understand the importance of knowing what’s in their products, foods, drinks, and air we breathe. With this knowledge comes power. We can start making conscious decisions to make small, simple changes to live a healthier lifestyle.
So I decided to start this blog. Let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s right now.

I’ve been on this journey for 10 years and want to help you navigate this lifestyle. My goal is to save you time and money by providing a simplified approach to non-toxic living.
I started my journey 10 years ago when I heard some disturbing facts about the makeup industry which sent me down the rabbit hole of examing what I was putting on and in my body. I was on a quest to find healthier alternatives and I didn’t have a source guiding me on the best way to go about this process.
Once someone decides they want to start switching out their products, it can be incredibly overwhelming and expensive. I want to be a helpful resouce for you and provide a simplified and easy way to start making the switch to non-toxic living. With this blog I’ll be sharing my tips, tricks, research, recommendations, and ways to go about the process on a budget.
